Nvidia GTX 1080 and GTX 1070
“With great power comes great responsibility” Uncle Ben- Spider man Nvidia revealed its newest entry in the GPU market, the long awaited GTX 1080 and the 1070.= The GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 are the first consumer friendly PC graphics card developed using the Pascal technologies. With Nvidia claims the 1080 to be the “most advanced gaming graphics card ever created”, there are a lot to be cautiously excited about. The cards were revealed at the Austin Texas last week at a consumer convention. It had been long speculated that Nvidia will develop a graphics card compatible with their Pascal technology after Pascal’s initial debut at the Nvidia press conference in March 2014. A mere two years after the announcement, these children from labor and love is born. The GTX 1080 will debut at 599 USD, a 50 dollar increases from its predecessor the GTX 980, and the GtX 1070 at 379 USD, also a 50 dollars increase from the 970. Despite these prices, Nvidia claims that both the 1080 and the 1070 will be more powerful than the Titan X, Nvidia’s flagship card.It is unusual to see Nvidia rise up their price tags of their flagship titles, however this might be because previously this year Nvidia’s largest competitor AMD has announced its development on their new graphics card utilizing the Polaris technology. It allows you to write down your lecture, record an audio, paste images, and share with your colleagues. It is a great tool for group study and a perfect way to organize your notes in one place. Sleep If U CanThis app will help you get to exam without sleeping-in. Basically, the app will forces you out of bed by having you get up and take picture of the things you define to turn the alarm off. Here's a video showing you how the app functions. Later, it won the CES 2016 best of show award. So what on earth is HTC Vive? The Vive- With the rising public attraction of the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus (now called Sony VR), Valve. Inc and HTC decided to collaborate to compete against. Their partnership led to the creation of the HTC Vive, a new product of virtual reality headset. The headset would utilize the space around the wearer, enabling whom to walk around while controlling with a handheld controller. Like a dream come true, the application of the headset will allow users to dive into a completely new world created by themselves. Other fields such as military have also showed interests in this product: Military camps and flight schools intend to apply this to improve shooting training programs. The HTC Vive will run on Microsoft Windows, OSX and Linux, with support of Steam OS. The headset is now available for pre-order and will be able for purchase in April 5th 2016.
